I first met Kevin at 24-7 Computer Doctor some 7 years ago when I lived in Berkshire. The work he did for was both thorough and done quickly, such that I have maintained contact with him for the last 5 years since I have moved to Warwickshire. He continues to give me the same quick response and helpful service, albeit remotely. I once had issues with my Nest Central Heating on line thermostat....didn't know who to ask for help, so turned to Kevin and he quickly found out the issue for me. We had a major crash on our PC last year and 24-7 computer doctor manages to not o my fix the computer but also managed to regain a lot of files that we thought were lost. Kevin was very helpful and the whole process was quick and easy and we got our working computer back within a couple of days.
