Advice and fixing small issues remotely or on the phone are always free during normal office hours (9am – 7pm daily except Bank holidays). Phone, remote and on-site support at any other time is available by prior arrangement only.
Please call us and we can have a chat about your issue, be it software, hardware, network or broadband. We can then decide upon an appropriate, convenient and cost effective approach to fixing the problem, be it onsite, remote, workshop or telephone.
On-site and remote labour charges: | |

For Onsite labour, the first hour is always billed, thereafter we charge per half hour.
Remote labour is simply billed per half hour.
In the highly unlikely event that we cannot fix your problem, you don’t pay us a penny.

We prefer to fix software issues where possible rather than simply re-installing Windows, however, in cases where it is clearly the only or most cost effective option we offer an onsite service and a workshop service.
If you have bought a PC from elsewhere and would like it set up to work with your broadband or wireless network, printer, camera etc, we are only too happy to help.
Fixed fee workshop services, turnaround time next day:
If you live within 2 miles of our office in Bracknell and you choose a workshop service, we will collect, dismantle and deliver back & reconnect your computer for free, so you don’t have to worry about all those wires!
If you live outside this area, we can offer the same service at a cost dependant on your location, please call for details. You can also deliver and pick up your PC to/from our office in Bracknell during the day (or even after hours at no extra cost). Please call us to confirm a convenient time.
If you wish for us to install your wireless network, broadband, printer, camera, software or anything else you can think of after the re-install, we are happy to do so at standard on-site labour rates.
We can also re-install Windows and transfer data at your premises, please call for details.
A Windows reinstall includes:
- Formatting your PC, killing all viruses/spyware/malware.
- Re-installation of Windows and updating to the latest service pack and all current Windows updates.
- All device drivers updated to the most recent versions.
- Many free but essential packages and tweaks installed such as Page Defrag, Adobe flash player, Adobe Acrobat reader, Mozilla Firefox, Skype, Messenger etc.
- Secured with up to date Zone Alarm Firewall and AVG Anti-virus Free editions.
A Data transfer includes email, favourites, my documents, desktop and any other data you require. We can transfer nearly anything.
