Initially, we are there when you need us, where you need us, in order to get your system up and running again as quickly as possible.
But it doesn’t just stop there. We are here to answer any problems or questions you may have with your computer or to give general advice about any computer or I.T. related issue, for free.
Our free helpline is available 9am to 7pm, daily (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please note that out-of-hours support is available by prior appointment only, and is chargeable at our standard rates.

Our free helpline is available 9am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday. Out of hours support is available, but it is chargeable at our standard rates.
This is not a foreign helpdesk, you won’t get put on hold and you don’t have to use a menu system.
If we can fix the problem over the phone in 5 -10 minutes, it will cost you nothing.
If we can’t fix it over the phone, then we can either remote control your PC over the internet or book an appointment for an Engineer to visit you and resolve your problem.
